All I have to say is this: Why didn’t you get the hell out when you knew about this 7 days before it happened? Sure, there are legitamate circumstances, but the majority of the people that stayed deserve to die of stupidity and ignorance.

Just kidding. The USGS did surveys and knew about this 1 year before it happened. New Orleans did a full scale drill that, amazingly, was almost EXACTLY what happened. Busses were offered, people were given the chance to get out WAY in advance. I feel no remorse whatsoever. And never will.
