D. C. Southwick

Iowa’s chapter of PAS recently hosted “Days of Percussion” at Grinnell College. I had the good fortune of being a part of this event in many ways. I performed at 10:30 in an “upcoming artists” performance masterclass with Ruth Cahn as our Clinician. Later that evening I took part in the showcase concert, where we got to rock out with guest artist Greg Bissonette, on “No hay Parqueo” and “Brasiliero”. Bob Becker also preformed two pieces for marimba, and mixed percussion.
